Professional fees in our region vary based on expertise and project complexity. Typically, hourly rates for interior design services range from $150 to $350+, while flat design fees for full-service residential projects generally start between $5,000 and $25,000+. Design fees will depend on the number of rooms/spaces, complexity of the project, and square footage. Multi-room projects and luxury estates with 10,000+ sq ft. should expect design fees to reflect the broader scope of work and likely exceed this range. These fees cover the professional design labor and space planning. Procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and materials, and construction costs are not included in design fees.
In addition to design fees, YC Style + Design’s full-service model includes procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. We source and manage on our clients’ behalf the purchasing of design-ready and bespoke furnishings, high-end fixtures, and artisanal materials for which we apply a standard industry markup. This covers the extensive time spent sourcing, tracking orders, coordinating white-glove delivery, and managing any damage claims or returns, ensuring a seamless experience for you.
Other services, if needed, such as project management, receiving warehouses, storage and delivery are also budgeted separately.
At YC Style + Design, we believe the right fit is essential. We offer a complimentary discovery session to discuss your vision, review our process, and provide initial feedback on your budget before any commitment is made.

The best time to engage an interior designer for new construction is at the beginning of the project, around the same time you hire your general contractor and architect—ideally before framing and during pre-construction when decisions about ceiling heights, lighting rough-ins, plumbing placement, and built-ins can still be made without costly changes. The interior designer is an integral part of this team, ensuring the client’s design goals and lifestyle requirements are prioritized throughout the process—from start to finish. Our studio works directly with custom home builders throughout Palm Beach County and can collaborate from the architectural phase through final furnishing and styling.
